The famous Chichester house was featured on the last series of Grand Designs and floats over a stunning natural swimming pond. You can dive out of the kitchen straight into the water and younger kids can enjoy the shallow beachy areas.
The relaxed Californian-vibe eco house was designed by award-winning architect and award-winning interior designer. Surrounded by peaceful fields and set on 1.5 acres in the beautiful coastal village of Bosham, it is close to Goodwood and the golden sandy beaches of West Wittering.
Guests have access to all areas of the property and garden - and the rental is exclusively for their private use.

NATURAL SWIMMING POND
Private natural swimming pond, 1.8m deep swim zone with shallow section by steps and beach area for paddling. Pond un-heated, but very invigorating!

Combination oven/microwave, separate full oven, Smeg electric hob, Quooker boil tap, double-height fridge, double-height freezer, large dishwasher. Breakfast table with integrated TV, corner sofa overlooking pond, woodburner.

AND JUST A 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE SEA THROUGH A PRIVATE TRACK
The coastal village of Bosham is something of a spectacle.
Twice a day the roads directly next to the harbour flood at high tide, creating a stunning backdrop to the coastal walks stretching in every direction.
Paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing all happen in the harbour and the sunsets are out of this world.
The golden sands of the award-winning
West Wittering beach are a mere 20 mins drive from the property. Kite surfing, paddle boarding, swimming or running up and down the incredible sand dunes are all part of the fun.
There's also a surf school, a great cafe and wonderful walks in the SSSI site.
Goodwood is just 15 minutes drive from the property. The Goodwood Estate is home to some of the largest and most prestigious events in England, including:
Festival of Speed: 23rd - 26th June
Qatar Goodwood Festival: 26th - 30th July
The Goodwood Revival: 16th - 18th Sept
The property is the perfect retreat to come back to if you’re here for one of these flagship events.

Goodwood is renowned for its festivals and track days, however it also boasts a golf course, a spa with treatments, a gym and fantastic restaurants.

Daniel, an architect and his wife Nina, an interior/furniture designer, live in the house with their two young daughters.
They designed and built the house and were filmed for Grand Designs throughout the whole process. You can watch their series on All 4 Catch-Up TV (the Chichester house), or by clicking this link.
The property is often used as a photographic location for luxury brands. Daniel and Nina also have a practice that integrates architecture, interiors and nature, called Studio Fuse and they're always on the look-out for investors, financiers and site owners to collaborate with on the next holistic location.
As a family they adore swimming in the natural swimming pond at the house; going for adventures (be it local or further afield) and experiencing all the gems this part of the world has to offer.
They’re always so touched by the wonderful comments people make when they come, as they seem to love it just as much as they do!
It feels like you’re totally immersed in nature. It is truly a special place and it really is somewhere you need to experience for yourself.
